Role Responsibilities
Preparing for the arrival, onboarding and supporting new starters
Completing lender registrations
Introducing new Advisors to our CRM and teaching the Fact find to booking process
Creating and delivering training presentations on our in-house compliance and FCA regulations
Conducting roleplay calls to get Advisors prepared for live calls
Teaching Advisors our dialling system and our expectations on lead management
Conducting regular call/file auditing and delivering feedback
Attending regular buzz sessions, keeping on top of ever-changing market information and trends
Liaising with the Sales Director for ongoing development of the training delivered to Advisors

About The Position
Your Recruitment People are recruiting for a Training Executive to join a vibrant and expanding Mortgage Intermediary Company based in the Fareham area.
The Training Executive primary role will be working alongside the Trainer and Operations Team to support the daily functions surround new starters.
