Role Responsibilities
Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

About The Position
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join a telecoms company based near Fareham. The company are one of the UKs leading independent providers of telecoms, who are an ambitious, forward-thinking business. They strive to deliver outstanding service, which is reflected in their Trustpilot rating and multiple awards.
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a telephone-based role. The Business Upgrades team are responsible for contacting customers that are out of contract or nearing the end of their contract to sell the company’s products.
You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, promoting the company at all times.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing business.
