Role responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to retain their custom

  • Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met

  • Answer questions about products or the company

  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

  • Enter and update customer information in the database

  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner

  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Your Recruitment People are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join a telecoms company based near Fareham.
