Role responsibilities
Contact existing customers to retain their custom
Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Your Recruitment People are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join a telecoms company based near Fareham.
