Role responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets

  • Handle warm calls generated from online inquiries and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for advisors, ensuring efficient time management and client engagement

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Track and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and client outcomes

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including updating client records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies

  • Report directly to the directors of the company
