Role responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets
Handle warm calls generated from online inquiries and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Schedule and coordinate appointments for advisors, ensuring efficient time management and client engagement
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Track and evaluate team performance, implementing strategies to improve productivity and client outcomes
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including updating client records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Report directly to the directors of the company
