Role Responsibilities
Sourcing suitable candidates using our in-house database and other recruitment tools
Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Building and developing positive relationships with both candidates and clients
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates
Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
Supporting the review of recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes

About The Position
Your Recruitment People are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team!
Your role will involve working exclusively alongside a group of companies within the Financial Services sector, providing ongoing support, whilst developing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates to ensure ongoing billings.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience from any sector.
