Role Responsibilities
Managing the building and its facilities to ensure maintenance is upheld and cost efficiency is achieved for the occupants
Managing the grounds maintenance of a local secondary site to ensure maintenance is upheld and cost efficiency is achieved for the occupants
Managing the H&S and fire safety to ensure the building and its occupants are adequately protected
Organisation of insurance policies to ensure sufficient coverage for all occupants
Overseeing the procurement of sundries, stationery, furniture and adhoc assets as required
Overseeing the security of the building including lock up/unlock coverage
Reconciliation of regular invoicing for authorisation
People management of an efficient team of individuals
Credit card management including end of month invoice reconciliation
Additional tasks may be required on occasion

About The Position
Your Recruitment People are looking for an Office Manager on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave for a group of companies that provides essential support services, including HR, Accounts, Facilities, and Marketing, to all businesses within their group.
