Role responsibilities

  • Speaking with existing customers to help them reclaim money on mis-sold financial claims.

  • Running through a questionnaire with customers, asking basic questions about their claim.

  • Engaging with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner.

  • Following up with customers about their claim and ensuring all documents are returned

  • Responding to inbound calls and general enquiries from customers

  • Building a rapport with customers and keeping them updated with their claim

About the position

Your Recruitment People are looking for New Business Executives to join a Financial Services company for their offices based near Fareham.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a call centre/telephony-based role, responding to inbound or/and outbound calls.

This role is also suitable for candidates who are working in a customer focused environment, including retail who are looking to start their careers in a contact centre.
