About the position
Your Recruitment People are looking for a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Manager to join a vibrant and expanding Mortgage Brokerage based near Fareham.
Our client is seeking a talented, qualified, and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Manager who is looking to utilise their wealth of industry knowledge away from the phone to support and enrich a growing team.
The role will involve providing guidance and support to the growing team of Advisors on a broad spectrum of cases to help improve conversions and ensure compliant mortgage advice is provided to the customer.
The role will report directly into the Sales Director to support his ongoing departmental development strategy. You will manage, mentor, and motivate Advisors to achieve results.
