Regular reporting on a number of areas of the business
Supporting the communications to debtors to optimise collection
Managing responses to Customer Service emails
Engage with online platforms such as Dashly, Trustpilot, Google Reviews
Regularly check all means of communication into the business including web forms and telephone numbers
Assist with adhoc tasks to support the Communications Collective and wider business

About the position
We are looking for an Administrator to join the Communications Collective within a vibrant and expanding Mortgage Brokerage based near Fareham.
Our client is seeking a highly organised administrator who has great attention to detail who enjoys a varied task list.
The role will involve working closely with the Marketing Team to support their reporting needs, sending and replying to customer facing communications and completing regular tasks that support the compliance and operational needs of the business.
The role will report directly into the Director of Communications.
