Role responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client accounts and relationships

  • Effectively service, retain or remove customer accounts

  • Consult existing customers on how they can upgrade their package and better their results

  • Generate reports for the business and customers

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status, and results presentations to internal/external teams

  • Evaluate customer account performance and implement solutions where necessary

  • Assist in the training and support of Juniors within the team
