About the position
Your Recruitment People are hiring for a Trainee Protection Advisor to join an office based near Fareham.
We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a genuine desire to succeed and build a long-term career in financial services. While previous experience in the industry is beneficial, it’s not essential — full training is provided. What matters most is your motivation, resilience, and hunger to develop.
You’ll begin with a base salary of £27,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £32,000). This will increase to £30,000 base salary and £64,000 OTE upon successful integration into the Protection team.
Initially, you will join their in-house Academy, where you will work towards achieving your internal training certificate.
The Academy typically lasts six months, subject to performance and KPI achievement and is a mandatory part of the role and forms the foundation of your development.
Upon successful completion of the Academy and meeting KPIs, you will progress into the Protection / Life Insurance team, where you will have the opportunity to advance from Advisor to Senior Advisor and potentially into management. Full training and ongoing support are provided throughout.
