What happens next:

Step one: We’ll phone you for a chat. We’ll run through your employment history and what you’re looking for in a new role. This is an informal conversation so we can find out about each other.

Step two: Your would-be manager, Sam, will call you to run through the role, find out a little about you and tell you more about their culture.

Step three: You’ll have a face-to-face interview with Sam to go through your motivations. You’ll run through a few scenario based questions, some interview questions and be given the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about their company.

As someone who’s climbed the ranks, Sam’s a great person to ask about training, development and company culture.

Step four: If we’re informed that it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll reach out to make you an offer!
