Role responsibilities
Researching potential customers and inputting information about them to support the sales cycle
Contact potential customers to build a relationship and continue to gather data
Proactively follow up leads ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met
Using questioning and listening skills and support sales
Building relationships with key decision makers
Entering and updating customer information in the database
Go above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Manage the end-to-end sales process being responsible for your own leads
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

About the position
Your Recruitment People are looking for a Sales Executive to join a telecoms company based near Fareham. The company are one of the UKs leading independent providers of telecoms, who are an ambitious, forward-thinking business. They strive to deliver outstanding service, which is reflected in their Trustpilot rating and multiple awards.
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a telephone-based role. The Connect team are responsible for selling fixed line phone systems to potential customers and existing mobile customers.
Working with predominantly warm, prebooked leads, you will be responsible for building strong relationships to close the sale and onboard new customers.
The goal is to increase the number of customers we have using this product and generate revenue for the business.
